Advice
We take time over submitted portfolios, working with poets/writers on their work. Ten years of workshopping have taught us the necessary skills needed for the job. For this reason, we only work with writers we can meet face-to-face. You may not always take our advice, but it comes with the package.
We will be honest in the assessment of your work – suggesting those pieces which should be included and those which, if omitted, would strengthen the publication.
Technical Details
We advise on design, format, layout and the appropriate cover for your book. We will edit your book and proof-read drafts as many times as it takes.
Boland Press also deals with the technical side of publication such as ISBN, legal deposits, registration and cataloguing with bibliographic data services.

The Launch
The launch of any book is a very important occasion. Not only for you personally but because it is a prime opportunity to sell your books. Another unique service offer by Boland Press is advice on how to organise this important event. We assist with press releases, invitations, venue, celebrity speakers, and we will be there to support you on the night.
